Yes – for the comfort of our guests, air conditioning has been installed in the living room and in each bedroom.

Yes – there is free, unguarded parking space for at least two cars by each Home. The parking area is not fenced.

Yes – each Home comes together with a fenced residence to ensure full privacy and comfort during your stay.

Each home has 8 beds. Each of the two bedrooms has a large 160×200 cm bed and a folded double sofa bed with a sleeping area of 120×192 cm. In addition, on request, we can provide you with a baby cot (120×60 cm).

The minimum length of stay depends on a given season in question. We rent our Homes for a minimum of 3 nights (in low season) and in high season for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday).

Check-in is possible from 16:00 hrs. on a day of your scheduled arrival. Check-out – no later than 10:00 hrs. on a day of departure.

Yes – a prepayment of 30% of the total payment for your stay is required. For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, the total amount must be prepaid when making your booking.

After submitting your booking form on odNova.eu, an email will be sent to you with confirmation of your pre-booking and deposit details. The prepayment or the total payment for your entire stay should be credited to the account within 48 hours of the pre-booking. Once this condition is met – the booking is confirmed, of which you will be notified by email.

If you wish to cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival – contact the Owner to reschedule your stay to another available date. If another date is not mutually accepted – the reservation would be canceled and the deposit paid would be forfeited. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival is not possible.

Yes – if you plan to come with a larger group of people, you can book more than one Home. The residence areas are fenced off and separate for each Home, but it is possible to make a passageway so that you can visit neighboring Home at your convenience. However, please note that the organization of bachelor/bachelorette parties is not allowed.

Yes – bringing pets is allowed, but this fact must be reported at the stage of setting up your booking. There is no additional charge for bringing pets, but kindly note, that we only accept small dogs. Puppies, larger dogs, just like cats, are not accepted. Please note that pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the Residence.

Yes – for the duration of your stay, a deposit is charged, payable on site in cash, in the amount of PLN 2,000. The deposit is refunded after the keys are returned and the residence Owner determines that the Home and its furnishings are not damaged.

At check-in, you must pay an extra spa fee in cash, in the amount of PLN 3.50 per person, for each day of your stay started. Residence cleaning, water and electricity consumption are all included in the price of your stay.

No – each Home has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Use of these facilities is free and unlimited.

The water is changed and reheated before each arrival of new Guests. The jacuzzi is made available to you for your entire stay, with no time limits – for the exclusive use of the Guests of a given Home in question. The water temperature is maintained at a constant level throughout your stay. Keep in mind that on arrival the water may not reach the expected temperature due to the need to reheat the entire tank after the water is changed.

Yes – but not at all times. You can get a baby cot – such a request should be made at the time of making your booking. In addition, we can provide you with a baby bathtub, a feeding chair and also a platform and a baby toilet seat
